Deltic Steam style
Still not entirely sure why I did it, lol
With all due respect, wasn't British Rail somewhat shoddy? This is a fascinating engine however.
Br was shoddy, but much better than the private companies we have now, especially on the Southern and Midland routes
What I'm curious about is the naming of railway companies today. Railway companies during the steam age had far more illustrious, romantic names, and they actually held in their names the destinations that they went to, such as e.g. the London & North Eastern Railway. The name British Rail only implied that the company ran in the country of Britain, whereas neither Network Rail, Virgin Rail, or seemingly any other modern railway company had or has any implication as to where the line runs to.
Heheh, very nice, I like the Finsbury Park white window surrounds!
Strictly speaking, yes it's the Finsbury park Deltic livery, with a slightly downsized large logo
Smoke deflectors and double chimney on an apple-green A3 being inaccurate.
I can't even process how hilariously improbable this is. Great job though.
That roof won't stay white for long!
